Our Process
To Join the waitlist we require completion of our application form and a $100 deposit which will reflect your total investment. As part of our waitlist, we will keep you informed about upcoming litters. We will provide updates on the momma dog's progress as the due date approaches, share news of the puppies' birth, and you will receive weekly photos and updates on their growth and development. We want to ensure that you are involved in all the exciting stages of your future puppy's journey.
When the puppies reach 4 weeks old, each family will have the opportunity to choose their new best friend. Most families choose to visit our Lodge to meet the puppy's parents, interact with the puppies, and make their selection. However, if you are unable to visit in person, we can arrange a virtual meeting via FaceTime and provide you with plenty of photos to assist in your decision. At this point, an additional $200 non-refundable deposit will be due.
Finally, at eight weeks old, it will be time to bring your new puppy home! This is an exciting week for everyone involved. You will be able to take your sweet baby home and gradually introduce them to their new environment. The remaining balance for your puppy will be due at pickup and can be paid in cash or by card. Remember, we are here to support you with any questions or concerns you may have as you embark on this wonderful journey with your new furry friend.

A two-year genetic health guarantee to ensure their well-being and address any genetic health concerns.

First shots and a medical record, documenting their vaccination history.

Deworming medication that has been administered to them from the age of two weeks onwards.

A physical examination and health certificate from our trusted veterinarian, ensuring they are in good health.

A starter package of vitamins that your puppy has been taking since they were weaned, promoting their overall health and development.

A birth certificate, providing official documentation of their date of birth etc.

A puppy data sheet is provided that include essential information about the puppy's personality, significant milestones such as their firsts, and weekly weight records from birth to the present. This data sheet serves as a valuable resource to understand the puppy's development and track their progress as they grow.

A bill of sale and receipt for your convenience, serving as proof of purchase and payment.

A blanket with the scent of their mother, providing comfort and familiarity during the transition to their new home.
